Lincove® Return and Refund Policy

Lincove® recognizes that adjusting to your new pillow or bedding may take time. Here's how we ensure a seamless experience:

  • All Products: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a full refund.
  • For Down Pillows Only: After the initial 30 days, you’re covered by The Lincove Promise for up to 60 days. This means you can keep your pillow, receive a free replacement, and enjoy a $20 gift card for your next purchase.

Exchanges

Most Lincove products are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Our Down Pillow Collection qualifies for an extended exchange window. Customers may exchange any down pillow purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate an exchange, use the same process outlined under "How to Initiate a Return."

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return or exchange:

  • Lincove® provides free return shipping within the USA.
  • A pre-paid return label will be issued.
  • Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


Refund Details:
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Items must be returned in:
    • Original Packaging.
    • "As new" condition, with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
  • Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all included components (such as the pillow bag). Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained, or incomplete are not eligible for a full refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all mattress returns, and the customers is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Details:

  • Our general return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the return must be initiated and shipped within this 30-day window. Once a return is approved and a return shipping label is issued, the item must be received by us within 7–10 business days of the label being provided. Items shipped or received outside of these timeframes will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notes:

  • Discounts or promotional codes applied to your purchase will not be refunded.
  • Expedited shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

International Orders:

International orders are eligible for returns and exchanges. Return shipping costs for international orders are not covered and must be paid by the customer.

Lincove® 5-Year Limited Warranty

Lincove® backs its pillows with a 5-Year Limited Warranty to guarantee quality and performance. 

The Lincove® 5-Year Limited Warranty is exclusively for down pillow and comforters purchased directly from Lincove.com.

The Warranty Covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., reduction in loft).
  • Improper care, such as not using a pillow protector.
  • Damage caused by abuse or cleaning errors.
